The problem

Office lunch orders often rely on chat messages and spreadsheets. Shared delivery fees, ordering for others, voucher checks and outstanding balances make coordination error-prone.

My approach

  • Designed group creation, meal ordering, item-based cost splitting and weekly/monthly financial reports.
  • Built configurable debt thresholds and client-side voucher OCR with restaurant matching and checks for recognition discrepancies.
  • Chose Nuxt + Supabase with a repository layer to preserve a path to a dedicated backend.

Outcome & learning

Built the MVP in approximately two weeks, followed by a month of piloting and iteration. OCR extracted required data from 30/30 test images. The lesson: OCR requires business rules and contextual validation. These are test-set results, not a real-world accuracy guarantee.

The problem

A live content platform needed to move from legacy infrastructure while addressing connected data, media, cache and editorial workflows.

My approach

  • Planned data and media migration, reconciled migrated records and improved content-management workflows.
  • Standardized traceable releases, independent health checks and rollback procedures.
  • Documented operations, backup and recovery, working directly with editorial and operations teams.

Outcome & learning

Modernized the live content platform and CMS with traceable releases, independent health checks, migration validation and repeatable backup/recovery procedures. The lesson: migration must preserve both data and the way people work.
